Data Strategist

Job Summary

To support evidence-based decision-making within the ICE Health Service Corps, the full-time Data Strategist will provide strategic data governance, analytics planning, and data quality leadership while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data assets are accurate, usable, and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support the IHSC data strategy, governance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and analytics use cases
• Provide strategic oversight for data migration, legacy clinical data integration, and clinical viewer transition efforts

Required qualifications

• Expertise in data governance, analytics strategy, and data lifecycle management
• Experience with healthcare or enterprise data environments
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and strategic communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
