Data Strategy Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Strategy Implementation Coordinator will coordinate enterprise data strategy initiatives, Epic reporting implementations, and analytics programs to support organizational decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise data strategy initiatives and Epic reporting implementations across multiple departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and coordinate resolution activities to maintain project success

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare data strategy, reporting, analytics, or implementation initiatives, preferably within an Epic environment
• Strong knowledge of Epic reporting and analytics tools, including Reporting Workbench, Cogito, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into implementation priorities while balancing operational support and project objectives
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and reporting standards
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
