Data Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Driving data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Data Strategy Lead will translate business strategy into prioritized data problems, interpret insights to influence leadership decisions, and ensure the adoption of insights within workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate Gainbridge's strategy into a prioritized set of data and AI problems worth solving
• Turn data and models into actionable narratives that influence decision-making
• Drive the adoption of insights into workflows, ensuring they are trusted and used effectively

Required qualifications:

• Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer financial services and its growth model
• Approximately a decade of experience leading data or insight work with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical fluency with the ability to critically interpret data and models
• Proven communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and hold a point of view
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and their application in business contexts
