Data Strategy Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to lead their data strategy, architecture, and analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end data strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead the migration from a legacy system to a scalable, greenfield data architecture
• Build and manage a cross-functional data team and oversee the integration of core systems

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and managing modern data platforms, including experience with Snowflake and Oracle DB
• Hands-on experience leading data migrations to cloud-native architectures
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Familiarity with BI tools and modern data stack components
