Data Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Strategy and Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise Data Strategy KPI framework aligned with business objectives
• Quantify ROI of data and AI investments through financial modeling and business case development
• Create executive-ready presentations that translate complex technical initiatives into clear business narratives

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy, performance management, consulting, corporate FP&A, or enterprise analytics
• Strong financial modeling and business case development experience
• Experience supporting executive or board level reporting
• Experience in financial services or retirement services
• Background in transformation, strategy, or performance management functions is preferred
