Job Summary

Managing day-to-day initiatives, the full-time remote Data Strategy Operations Manager will coordinate cross-departmental efforts, streamline communication among teams, and ensure project transparency while tracking success metrics and facilitating alignment across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Initiative Execution: Manage high-visibility strategic initiatives from partner identification to stakeholder handoffs
• Facilitate Team Alignment: Act as a bridge between departments to synchronize team efforts toward shared goals
• Streamline Communication: Establish clear channels to prevent information silos and ensure context is shared among teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or strategic program management
• Formal knowledge of program management principles, processes, and tools
• Experience managing projects within a technology organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and build scalable business processes
• Experience presenting to executive leaders
