Job Summary
To support organizational strategy and digital transformation, the full-time remote Data Strategy Program Leader will define and advance the Enterprise Data Strategy, connecting business priorities with technology investments and analytics to drive measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Enterprise Data Strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning data capabilities with organizational priorities
- Lead enterprise strategic planning for data initiatives, including business case development and investment recommendations
- Manage complex cross-functional data programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement and driving organizational adoption of data-driven practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture
- 10-12+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, portfolio management, or program management
- Proven success in developing and executing enterprise strategies across multiple business functions
- Experience advising executives and facilitating strategic planning
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management, analytics, governance, and AI enablement
