Data Strategy Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading internal initiatives within a remote environment, the full-time Data Strategy Technical Lead will own the product vision and execution for data-intensive systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and usability of internal datasets and platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives focused on foundational datasets
• Lead efforts to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems and shared services
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets, ensuring scalability with evolving needs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products
• Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed or big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, and data modeling
• Experience managing large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements and deliver on complex technical programs
