Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Contractor - Mentor for the Data Streaming track.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
• Answer questions around course content and facilitate learning for students
• Host one weekly live virtual session to offer real-time support to students

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in the relevant field
• Expert proficiency in Apache Kafka and the Kafka ecosystem
• Experience with Apache Spark, Spark Streaming, and stream processing concepts
• Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking
• Flexibility to work part-time as an external contractor
