Managing a team of Data Success Managers, the full-time salaried Manager, Data Success Management will oversee data operations, support partner relationships, and drive team performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Data Success Managers to enhance performance and professional growth
• Oversee day-to-day data operations, ensuring data accuracy and effective partner support
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality across team workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience managing and developing individual contributors, including coaching and performance management
• Strong expertise in data management and operations, particularly in supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in delivering high-quality service to external partners or clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity while making sound decisions
