Data Success Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time salaried role, the Data Success Manager will manage the sourcing, collection, and validation of data to support civic engagement partners in their organizing and advocacy efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage operational processes for identifying and sourcing datasets that support civic engagement initiatives
• Create validation and quality checks on newly acquired datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to address data gaps and recommend effective sourcing strategies

Required qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of SQL, including the ability to create complex queries and manipulate large datasets
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python
• Strong operational management skills to build and oversee processes with stakeholder expectations
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve data issues in complex environments
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
