Data Success Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Success Manager will manage partner data needs for civic engagement campaigns, ensuring effective use of data-driven products and services while collaborating with Partnership Success Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and fulfill the data requirements of partners for their civic engagement campaigns
• Establish strong relationships with partners through regular communication and support for their data work
• Coordinate resolution of data issues and recommend enhancements for data solutions and operations

Required qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of SQL, including the ability to create complex queries and manipulate large data sets
• Moderate experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in developing data strategies and collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues in complex environments
