Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Support Analyst I to provide proactive customer service and support for aggregation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 level support via chat, email, and phone
- Interface with end user clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
- Stay up to date on system releases, new features, and bugs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
