Job Summary
Processing code changes and providing customer support, the full-time hourly Data Support Representative will handle inbound customer calls and electronic requests while working in a hybrid environment based in Gainesville, VA.
Key responsibilities:
- Process code changes by validating customer details and coordinating with on-site representatives
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding code changes and general support inquiries
- Monitor the code request inbox and ensure timely processing of escalated requests
Required qualifications:
- High School Education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, data entry, or customer service environment
- Ability to multitask while processing requests and interacting on the phone
- Preferred experience in the alarm industry with familiarity of different panel types
- Strong customer service skills for efficient call handling and timely responses
