Job Summary

- Disburse 203(k) rehabilitation funds, construction draws, and escrow holdback funds
- Utilize Microsoft Access databases and servicing system for fund disbursement
- Prepare and reconcile required daily and month-end reports
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service or mortgage banking support experience
- Data entry skills
- Proficient typing
- Excellent organization skills
