Data Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Support Specialist to provide data management support for research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with scientists to understand and resolve their data management needs
- Develop and configure data management tools and templates
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant technical/scientific discipline with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in developing and automating data handling tools, preferably in a Life Sciences field
- Intermediate proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Alteryx, and BioRails/Morphit
- Experience in writing code in Python or similar programming languages
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
