• Create and maintain user access to supported tools and provide training on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service technical support role
• SQL and relational database knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting
• Ability to understand and explain reporting tools and calculations
