Job Summary
To support BioMed customers remotely, the full-time Data Support Specialist will manage database maintenance, customer communications, and operational support while ensuring high-quality service and productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Support BioMed customers through various channels including phone, email, and web
- Resolve customer issues and prepare reports while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment
- Accountable for daily productivity, attendance, and quality assurance in a professional work environment
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of related customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
