Data Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support BioMed customers remotely, the full-time Data Support Specialist will manage database maintenance, customer communications, and operational support while ensuring high-quality service and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Support BioMed customers through various channels including phone, email, and web
• Resolve customer issues and prepare reports while maintaining confidentiality and exercising independent judgment
• Accountable for daily productivity, attendance, and quality assurance in a professional work environment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum one year of related customer service experience
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
