Job Summary
Managing client inventory with precision, the remote Data Support Specialist I will handle onboarding, maintain data accuracy, and assist internal teams with complex inventory configurations while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage assigned casework, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams, addressing complex data inquiries and anomalies
- Generate and manage data exports and imports between the platform and third-party sources, while mentoring new personnel
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, technical project management, or equivalent
- 4+ years of technical support delivery experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with DealerOn's products
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
