Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, the full-time salaried Data Systems & Analytics Director will oversee a team of data analysts, manage complex data projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve health outcomes in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and implement data strategies and governance policies to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance
• Lead analytics projects, including predictive modeling and risk stratification, to support strategic planning and operational decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Five plus years of experience in data analytics within the healthcare industry, focusing on health plans or managed care
• High level of proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare data sources, analytics methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Experience managing and developing teams in a data analytics context
