Job Summary

To support the execution of enterprise data strategy, the full-time remote Data Systems Manager will manage data architecture, oversee business intelligence solutions, and administer the SharePoint platform while ensuring compliance and data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the enterprise data strategy and maintain comprehensive data governance frameworks
• Build and maintain business intelligence solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Administer and optimize the SharePoint environment, driving user adoption and managing integrations with enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or data architecture roles
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and modern data architecture principles
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional data initiatives and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
