Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the data team, including conducting 1:1s and shaping career paths
• Own the technical direction and guide the evolution of the data platform and analytical capabilities
• Evaluate team priorities against strategic value and drive operational work toward automation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in people management, including hiring and team development
• Technical credibility in data engineering and analytics, with familiarity in dbt, SQL, and pipeline orchestration
• Strong prioritization judgment and understanding of business context
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build understanding in undefined situations
