Required Qualifications

• Experience in people management, including hiring and performance development
• Technical background in data engineering and analytics, with familiarity in dbt, SQL, and pipeline orchestration
• Strong prioritization judgment and understanding of business context
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and building understanding independently
