Data Team Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the daily activities of the data analysis team, the full-time remote Data Team Supervisor will oversee data warehouse projects, ensure data quality, and serve as the primary contact for data reporting and analytics support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the full lifecycle of data warehouse projects, ensuring efficient operations and data quality
• Collaborate with business users to develop technical solutions for data reporting and analytics, including dashboards and reports
• Document standard operating procedures and maintain best practices for data management across all projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of experience in a data-focused technology role, with significant exposure to SQL server databases and Power BI
• Previous supervisory or management experience is required
• Extensive knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence technologies
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
