Data Technician

Job Summary

Supporting a contract with Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Data Technician will enter, report, and document data while collaborating with a delivery team under the guidance of the team lead.

Key responsibilities

• Entering, updating, and correcting data in databases, managing high volumes of information
• Verifying data accuracy, performing data cleaning, and ensuring consistency across systems
• Generating reports and extracting insights from data for operational use

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with databases
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills with managers and customers
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira
