Data Technician

Job Summary

Supporting a contract with the Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Data Technician will enter, report, and document data while collaborating with a delivery team under the guidance of a team lead.

Key responsibilities

• Entering, updating, and correcting high volumes of data in databases
• Verifying data accuracy and performing data cleaning to ensure consistency
• Generating reports and extracting insights for operational use

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with databases
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills
• Effective communication skills with managers and customers
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira
