Data Test Engineer

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically strong, the full-time remote Data Test Engineer will ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data infrastructure by designing test cases, validating data flows, and building automated test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for ETL pipelines and validate data accuracy and transformation logic
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and data layer testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies and track defects through resolution

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines and query optimization
• Working knowledge of Azure data services such as Data Factory and Synapse
• Experience testing Power BI reports and validating DAX measures
• Proficiency in at least one automation framework like Selenium or Cypress
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
