Data Test Engineer

Job Summary

Ensuring the quality and reliability of data infrastructure, the full-time remote Data Test Engineer will design and execute test cases for ETL pipelines, validate data accuracy, and build automated test frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for ETL pipelines moving data into and out of MongoDB and Azure data services
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic from source systems to Power BI dashboards
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and data layer testing

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including aggregation pipelines and query optimization
• Working knowledge of Azure data services such as Data Factory and Synapse
• Experience testing Power BI reports and validating DAX measures
• Proficiency in at least one automation framework like Selenium or Cypress
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
