Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of impactful client solutions, the full-time remote Sr. Analyst, Data Visualization will process data into cloud-based tools, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and provide training to enhance client satisfaction and usability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Process data into cloud-based tools to facilitate client analysis and reporting
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients for proficient tool usage

Required qualifications

• At least four (4+) years of experience in quantitative market research surveys with a focus on data processing and visualization
• Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting client objectives
• Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards
• Experience with diverse clients across various skill levels and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
