Key Responsibilities

Transform raw data exports into structured, repeatable datasets for reporting and trending
Build and enhance dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and establish lightweight data pipelines
Upskill team members through hands-on training and document data structures and workflows

Required Qualifications

3+ years in data visualization, BI, or analytics roles
Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Strong experience with messy or unstructured data, particularly in Excel-heavy environments
Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation techniques
Experience creating datasets and building reports from scratch
