Data Visualization Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Operations Data Visualization and Analytics Engineer IV will develop scalable database solutions, create ETL processes, and deploy Power BI dashboards while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable database solutions and automated ETL processes for reporting functionality
• Create and deploy Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership
• Mentor junior team members and lead complex data transformation and visualization projects across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Seven years of experience with ETL, Business Intelligence, and database solutions, including three years in the healthcare industry
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in developing and enforcing coding standards for teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data in an executive-level format
