Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Team Lead, Data Visualization will manage data processing into cloud-based tools, support client onboarding and training, and drive project execution for complex accounts to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Process data into cloud-based tools to facilitate client analysis and report generation
• Take ownership of larger, complex accounts, from intake through final delivery, while contributing to product improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization
• Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data
• Ability to translate client research questions into actionable data formats
• Demonstrated project management skills in time-sensitive environments
• Strong autonomy and ownership mindset with effective teamwork skills
