Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Warehouse Engineer responsible for designing, building, and operating an Azure data platform.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor health and SLAs, respond to critical pipeline incidents, and resolve data integration failures
Design and build Azure Data Factory pipelines and optimize query performance and data freshness
Collaborate with vendors, document architecture decisions, and maintain a data dictionary/metadata

Required Qualifications

3+ years in data engineering/data warehousing or related technical roles
Advanced SQL/T SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse SQL, and Data Lake Gen2
Proven delivery of ETL/ELT processes for various data sources
Strong data modeling experience, including dimensional modeling and SCDs
