Data Warehouse Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations - Service Delivery Manager for Data Warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data management services for multiple clients, including data warehousing and master data management
• Oversee a virtual team responsible for the operation and enhancement of software platforms that support pharmaceutical business processes
• Act as a liaison between support teams and client stakeholders, ensuring service requests and incidents are managed according to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer engagement and reporting metrics to track progress
• Familiarity with SharePoint and ServiceNow ticketing systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, networking, and server concepts
• Ability to manage service ticket metrics and KPIs effectively
• A college or technology school degree is required
