Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administration Engineer 2.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scripted automation for Oracle database tasks
Implement and support patching coordination, backup and recovery procedures, and data replication technologies
Create and maintain UNIX and SQL scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
3+ years of experience with Unix Korn Shell scripting
3+ years of experience with Python scripting
3+ years of experience in an Oracle DBA or related role
Strong Oracle DBA expertise, including upgrades, patching, and RMAN backup/recovery
