Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage database systems and infrastructure to ensure service availability and data security
• Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotations to support production systems
• Perform database server software patches, updates, and root cause analysis on incidents

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle Database Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Strong working knowledge of RDBMS and cloud platforms like AWS Aurora
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, or Ubuntu operating systems
• Experience with database replication and high availability preferred
