Key Responsibilities

Manage SQL Server databases, including high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with project managers on project timelines and resource estimates
Enforce change control and security standards while maintaining database reliability

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA
Strong knowledge of AlwaysOn Availability Groups and database mirroring
Experience with SSIS and SQL Server migrations/upgrades
Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of queries and databases
Familiarity with PowerShell and T-SQL
