Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform T-SQL performance tuning and resolve production issues
• Manage configuration, scripting, installation, monitoring, and administration of database management systems
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and perform database administration tasks such as backups and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with three years of database administration experience, or five years of experience without a degree
• Ability to create T-SQL scripts
• Experience with SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets data model/application is a plus
• Health care experience and familiarity with Azure are advantageous
