Database Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Database Administrator, this remote position will manage PostgreSQL database environments, support ETL processes, and optimize database performance in a secure enterprise setting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning
• Support ETL processes and data integration workflows, ensuring reliable data movement and transformation
• Develop and troubleshoot PostgreSQL scripts and stored procedures using PL/pgSQL

Required qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in database administration
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL administration
• Experience with AWS cloud services and managed database platforms
