Database Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Database Administrator will investigate and resolve application and data-related support tickets, write and execute SQL scripts for data maintenance, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application and data-related support tickets
• Write, test, and execute SQL scripts for data updates and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot production and UAT issues by analyzing data and application behavior

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing production data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational database platforms
• Ability to understand complex business logic within existing systems
• Experience in ticket-driven support or maintenance environments
