Job Summary
To support growing nonprofit and mission-driven organizations, the part-time Database Administrator will manage critical database maintenance functions, including data manipulation, report generation, and CRM management, primarily using Excel, for 10-15 hours per week in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Advanced use of Excel to build reports and manipulate data
- Consulting with executives to identify improvement opportunities and establish KPIs
- Collaborating with team members to collect, analyze, and visualize data
Required qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in pivot tables and complex formulas
- Prior experience with CRM systems such as Little Green Light, eTapestry, Raiser's Edge, or DonorPerfect preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and think systemically
- Day-time availability for flexible scheduling
