Owning the quality and governance of engineering workforce data, the part-time Database Administrator/Analyst will manage the BlueOptima platform, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of the BlueOptima platform, maintaining accurate resource and team data
- Create leadership-ready dashboards and reports to provide insights on engineering productivity and workforce trends
- Perform SQL-based analysis to investigate data quality issues and support ongoing data audits
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Strong SQL experience, including data investigation and reporting
