Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrator Database II to support, design, and maintain SQL Server databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of SQL Server databases
• Perform routine administration including maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of database environments
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of related experience in IT, particularly in applications management and technology platform administration
• Understanding of core DBA tasks such as backups, performance monitoring, and security management
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and T-SQL
• Experience with SDLC processes and change management
