Database Administrator III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator III.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and maintenance of business-supporting databases, including design, tuning, and upgrades
• Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating on database design and automation
• Engage in technical discussions to improve system performance and manage database server administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Six (6) years of progressive experience in Database Administration or programming, preferably in healthcare
• OR ten (10) years of progressive experience in a similar role for a medium to large organization
• Expert level understanding of ANSI SQL (T-SQL preferred)
• Experience with ETL processes and database server administration
