Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator III.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of business supporting databases and processes, including design, maintenance, and tuning
• Lead and mentor junior team members in database design and automation while engaging in technical discussions with stakeholders
• Manage database server administration, including backups, performance monitoring, and security audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Six years of progressive experience in Database Administration or programming, preferably in healthcare, or ten years of relevant experience without a degree
• Expert level understanding of ANSI SQL (T-SQL preferred)
• Experience with ETL design and development, particularly using Microsoft SSIS and Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
