Database and Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database and Platform Engineer to bridge the gap between platform engineering, DevOps, and customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy ArangoDB and ArangoAI components across various cloud and on-prem environments
• Train customer teams for self-sufficient cluster operations and create documentation
• Investigate performance issues and collaborate with internal teams for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of deployment engineering experience
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift) and Helm
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and on-prem environments
• Familiarity with storage systems and ability to debug networking issues
• Experience with distributed systems or databases
