Database Developer

Job Summary

To support a government customer, the remote Database Developer will design, build, and maintain data systems, focusing on data modeling, optimizing data engineering pipelines, and implementing CI/CD practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize data models and engineering pipelines to meet business needs
• Implement CI/CD practices and develop serverless functions in AWS and Azure environments
• Manage database systems, ensuring data quality, performance tuning, and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Development, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or similar technical roles
• Demonstrated expertise in database systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• 6+ years of experience with Python programming
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
