Database Developer
Job Summary
To support direct response fundraising performance, the full-time Remote Direct Response Database Developer will develop, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines, ensuring accurate data movement from ingestion through campaign execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Analysts and client teams to understand business requirements and campaign objectives
- Load, cleanse, transform, and summarize client donor and marketing data according to established standards
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to support campaign operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in database development or data operations
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platforms
- Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and validation
- Ability to develop and maintain complex database objects and troubleshoot data processing issues
