Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain critical PostgreSQL database systems for a 24x7 SaaS platform
Support ongoing database ETL, warehousing, reporting, and analytical needs
Provide guidance on database development, design principles, and ensure adherence to security and operational policies

Required Qualifications

BS degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Sciences, or equivalent
3+ years of experience with relational database administration
3+ years of experience administering highly-available PostgreSQL databases
Proficiency in Linux-based PostgreSQL RDBMS administration and high-availability technologies
Experience with SQL and any scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)
