Job Summary
A company is looking for a Database Engineer (Oracle, PL SQL) for a remote position in the EST/CST time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve day-to-day database issues, debugging, and root cause identification
- Maintain, document, and create shell scripts and batch processes
- Proficient in SQL performance and tuning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of experience as a Database Administrator in Oracle and PL SQL
- Experience in Healthcare Insurance and/or Facets is a plus
- Proficiency in structured query language (SQL)
- Knowledge of advanced SQL
